The new utility customer portal will give you more options to manage your account. It will include:

  • Billing and payment information.
  • Water and electric usage data.
  • More self-service options to easily update your account information like your email address, mailing address, name, and even transfer service when you move.
  • Notifications and alerts for payment reminders.

Will the payment options change?

Is there a fee to pay online?

Yes, our payment processor charges a small fee of $2.99 for card and digital wallet payments and one-time e-check payments.

To avoid paying the $2.99 fee, consider enrolling in auto-pay, or you can pay by cash or check. You can mail us a check or drop it in the drive up payment box located on Market Street beside City Hall.  You can also pay by cash using one of our two convenient bill pay kiosks. We have a kiosk located inside City Hall and another located just outside City Hall on Market Street.
