We are transitioning to a new Utility Customer Payment Portal. The new customer portal will go live on January 28, at that time you will be able to set up your new account. On January 28, our bill pay page - concordnc.gov/billpay - will transition to the new system.
The new utility customer portal will give you more options to manage your account. It will include:
- Billing and payment information.
- Water and electric usage data.
- More self-service options to easily update your account information like your email address, mailing address, name, and even transfer service when you move.
- Notifications and alerts for payment reminders.
