Sgt. Tracy Blalock

Sergeant Tracy Blalock began her career with the City of Concord in 2001, where she was an officer in Baker District for five years. She was assigned to the Community Outreach and Education unit in 2006 where she served as a School Resource Officer at J.M. Robinson High School. In 2015 Tracy was assigned as a Detective in the Criminal Investigations Division. While in this assignment she served as the domestic violence liaison for the department. Tracy was promoted to the rank of Sergeant in 2019 and she was assigned to the Patrol Bureau in Baker District. In 2020 Tracy was assigned to the Administrative Bureau where she currently serves as the Customer Service Sergeant.

Tracy holds a Master’s Degree in Business and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Pfeiffer University. She is a certified general law enforcement instructor and possesses an Advanced Law Enforcement Certificate from the North Carolina Criminal Justice Training and Standards Commission. She is an FBI-LEEDA trilogy graduate and has served on the Commendations Committee.
