Jeremy Julian
Lieutenant Jeremy Julian has been employed with the Concord Police Department since December 2016. Since then, Lt Julian has served as a patrol officer in Adam and Baker districts and as a detective in the Criminal Investigation Division. In July 2021, Jeremy was promoted to Sergeant and was a supervisor for patrol in Charlie and Baker districts. He also served as the Sergeant over Evidence and Property Control as well as the Forensics unit within the Criminal Investigations Division.
Lieutenant Julian also serves as the Platoon Leader for the department’s Mobile Field Force unit where he is also a grenadier. Jeremy is a BLET instructor having taught Interviews, Criminal Investigations, Domestic Violence, and Crowd Control to aspiring officers. He also serves as one of the department’s lead taser instructors.
Lieutenant Julian earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Appalachian State University and holds an Advanced Law Enforcement Certificate from the North Carolina Justice Training and Standards Commission. In 2024, Jeremy won the excellence in police service award for his work with the Evidence and Property Control section.
