The City is currently under a winter storm warning through Saturday, January 11, at 7 a.m.

City of Concord Closures and Delays

• Recreation Centers and ClearWater will operate on their normal schedule Saturday, January 11.

• Parks will open at noon on Saturday, January 11.

• Lake Fisher closed Saturday, January 11, but will open to the public normal schedule Sunday, January 12.

• Greenways and Brown Mill Mountain Bike Trail will remain closed until Monday, January 13. The bridges and shaded areas are slick until temperatures increase and the ice naturally melts. Due to significant tree coverage in many parts of the greenway system and temperatures falling below freezing again tonight, melting in these areas will take longer.

• Rocky River Golf Course is closed Friday, January 10 – Sunday, January 12.

• Rider Transit will end services early on Friday, January 10 at 6:30 p.m. and plan to resume on Saturday, January 11 at 11:30 a.m pending weather conditions. Riders can check the Passio GO! transit app for updates.

Road Closures/Impacts

• The flyover bridge on Concord Mills Blvd. has reopened (01/11/2025 at 10:00 a.m.)

Concord Electric Systems Power Outages as of 10:00 a.m. (01/11/2025)

• No current outages reported
