JANUARY 21st, 2021 - 6:00 p.m. - In order to maintain the safety of City residents, Planning and Zoning Commission, and staff, the January 21st, 2021 Special Meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting will be conducted electronically. The purpose of the Special Meeting is to allow for the continuance of an advertised and continued Public Hearing for rezoning case:

Administrative Zoning Map Amendment for +/- .23 recently annexed acres located at 4636 Roberta Rd from Cabarrus County MDR (Medium Density Residential) to City of Concord RV (Residential Village) for the purposes of connecting to city services. PIN 5518-16-9974
The above-referenced case will be continued at the Tuesday, January 19th Planning and Zoning Commission hearing in accordance with North Carolina state regulations with regard to public hearings conducted via virtual platforms.
