Utility availability within the City of Concord’s service area is important to know for developers, engineers or future homeowners. Contact the Engineering Department to request utility availability exhibits and/or as-built documents to aid in planning your next project.
If you are requesting As-Built documentation, you will need to complete the As-Built Release form and must be a licensed professional. GIS Maps can be provided for others requesting potential project site information.
Is your potential project site located Outside the City Limits? If so, you will need to submit the completed Preliminary Application-Extension of Concord Utilities outside Concord City Limits form.
