Tues & Thurs @ Dorton Park from 6:30pm to 7:30pm
Fall Session: September 4th - November 6th
This group training and excerise program does not require any running experience. It is designed to encourage, motivate and challenge the individual to compete with his/her peers. The fee is $15. The final goal is to run in the Veterans Salute on November 8th. (Fee is Separate).

Need for Speed (FALL ONLY)

Looking to boost your running performance and take your speed to the next level? Join our twice-weekly running class that is designed to help you improve your speed and overall running, no matter your fitness level. This class is led by an experienced coach that focuses on speed work. The fee is $30.
