Road closures will begin at 4 PM with Union Street closing between Cabarrus and Corban Avenues, followed by a closure from Corban to Wilshire on Union Street starting at 6:30 PM. All vehicles must be removed from Union Street between Corban and Wilshire by 12 PM, with towing enforced after 2 PM.
